Debra Lynn Jones Howard was born to the late Philip J. Jones and Nancy B. Sharff in Baltimore, MD. Debbie leaves daughter Paula Michelle Surrette, sons Dominick Edward Surrette, and David Justin Howard; Thirteen grandchildren, Two great-grandchildren; Brother Michael Jones, sister-in-law Karen Jones; Three nieces, Two nephews and a host of friends and family behind to cherish her memories.
Debbie was a jack of all trades when it came to employment. One of our most fondest memories will have to be Debbie’s ability to hold a conversation with every and anyone that she came in contact with.
