I was very sad to hear of the passing of my friend, Steve. Steve and I worked together at Brenton Bank and at Praxair. Steve was much more than a co-worker, he became my friend. Steve had a great sense of humor and was quick with his wit. I know that there was so much more Steve wanted to do, but his health often times kept him from doing those things. I hope Steve has found eternal peace and Sophie is sitting in his lap, where she belongs. I will miss you Steve! God Bless!

We saw Steve during his high school days as he was a good friend with our son Alan. They had a lot of good times and some not so good times, but they both matured into good young men. Steve, we know you are in a much better place now and know that someday we will meet again. Our thoughts and prayers to your Mother, Janet and your Father, Kent. We are sorry we cannot go to your memorial service.

In celebration of Steve's life. Steve and I shared eighteen years together. While as his wife, I know there were many happy moments we shared together that I will look back on and remember with kindness. Steve loved his family. We shared laughter over many family meals and gatherings. He loved nature and animals and had several pets. During his healthy years he loved to hunt, fish, and go boating. He had a fondness for traveling and we did a lot of that together. He enjoyed antiques, and we spent time searching out the best find. I also know that Steve's health suffered because of his juvenile diabetes and he was always struggling with life's challenges that presented. My prayer is that Steve has found his peace with God and his struggles are now over. My deepest sympathy to the family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. May God bless you and Steve.

Steve was a good friend in high school. We fell out of touch since, but spoke at a couple reunions. He was a good person and I hope he was able to have a full life. Rest in Peace, Steve.
