Tammera Stuart

Tammera Marie Stuart, 37, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at Iowa Lutheran Hospital, from complications of diabetes.

Tammera was born August 7, 1974, in Des Moines. She graduated from East High School in 1992. Tammera worked for the City of Burlington in the Housing Department, and later for the United States Post Office. She loved animals and enjoyed cake decorating. She also enjoyed listening to country music and Elvis.

Tammera is survived by her mother, Barbara Wallace; father, Jack (Becky) Stuart Jr.; brothers, Donald Stuart and James (Crystal) Stuart; nephews, James Jr., and Dalton Stuart; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Wanda Lester; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved friends. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Jack Stuart and Erma and Lee Stallings; infant son, Dylan Stuart and sister-in-law, Misty Stuart.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, August 6, 2012, at the Pleasant Hill Free Church, 4555 Parkridge Avenue in Pleasant Hill, followed by burial at Rising Sun Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service Monday, at the church.
