Service Details
William “Bill” Mitchell, 77, passed away at his home Saturday, July 21, 2012. He was born December 26, 1934, in Altoona, to Glenn and Edith (Cobbs) Mitchell.
Bill is survived by his wife, Joan; sons, Wayne (Sandee Mitchell), Travis and Jason Mitchell; and grandchildren, Zachary and Katie.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 27, 2012, at the Mitchellville Cemetery.

Dearest Joan and Boys,
We have been thinking of you and Bill all week. It seems like our lives go by so quickly and we never get a chance to spend time with the people who mean a lot to us. We are so sorry to have lost a part of our family - your Bill. We will see you all on Friday, and until then we can take comfort in knowing he has found peace beyond the gates.
