My condolences to the Dirks family. Eldon was a teacher, mentor, and technologist colleague of mine at Mercy. I will always remember his "brains", humor, and wit and know that my career flourished as a result of his influences early on.

Eldon was a classmate at Mercy School of Medical Technology in 1977. He was a wonderful classmate and friend, and was always smiling. I know you will miss him very much. My deepest sympathy to all of his family.

Eldon was one of the best neighbors a family could ask for. Kind, helpful, giving and someone who took pride in what he did. He will be greatly missed by my family.
