Nancy Schooley

Nancy Schooley, 70, died June 23, 2012 in Des Moines. She was born November 3, 1941, to Marion and Lena Schooley in Des Moines. She was very active in sports, and graduated from East High School.
Nancy worked for several years as a photographer before working in the printing area at Principal for 25 years.
She is survived by her mother, Lena; siblings, Bob (Sue) Schooley, Jack Schooley, Rita (Ted) Jarnagin, Susie Schooley, Sharon (Jim) Belloma, and Randy Schooley; and many other loving family and friends. Preceding her in death are her father; two sisters, and two brothers.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, with burial to follow at Glendale Cemetery. Visitation will occur for one hour prior to the service.
Memorial contributions may be directed toward the Animal Rescue League in loving memory of Nancy and her love of cats.

I worked with Nancy at Principal for alot of years. We had some great times. I pray that Nancy is now at peace. I was sad when I read this today. We will meet again one day, Nancy. My prayers go out to your family.

Aunt Nancy you will be missed greatly. You could always make us laugh. You had a very kind heart & would do anything for anyone. The memories will always be with us. We love you & are glad you are with dad (Terry) now.

You will be missed Aunt Nancy. Your jokes and smart comebacks that you had for each of us brought many smiles and laughter, sometimes bringing tears to our eyes until our cheeks hurt from smiling and laughing so much. Aunt Nancy you will be missed, but not forgotten!! R.I.P!
