Tina Potter

Tina L. Potter, 51, passed away Friday, June 22, 2012, at Bright Kavanagh House. She was born September 3, 1960, in Des Moines, to Floyd and Ruth (Hesseltine) Kamerick.

Tina was a Christian woman and an animal lover. She owned horses and was an avid rider. Tina was an awesome cook. She enjoyed spending time traveling and had a special love for Arizona and the entire Southwest. Tina loved the time she spent living in Florida.

Tina is survived by her husband Kevin; children, Summer Hartman, Katherine Redmon, Abbie Dixson and Stephanie Dixson; mother, Ruth Kamerick; brother, Jack (Sheila) Kamerick; and her grandchildren, Brody Hartman, Jasmine Dixson, and Chloe Redmon. She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Kamerick.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at First Federated Church, 4801 Franklin Avenue. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, at the church.
