Joseph Miller

Joseph Miller passed away peacefully on Friday, June 22, 2012.

Joseph is survived by his wife, June; his son, Daniel (Roxian) Miller; his daughters, Rosemarie Miller, Carol Miller and Paty Stanley; his brother, Jerry Miller; his eleven grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his daughters, Kathryn Miller-McLaughlin and Loretta Miller.

Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at Christ the King Catholic Church, 5711 SW 9th Street in Des Moines. Family will greet friends on Monday, June 25, from 5 to 7 p.m., with a prayer service to begin at 7 p.m., at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street. A burial will be held at a later date at Glendale Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Joseph.
