Ardell V. Klebe

Ardell Klebe, 87, died Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at Bright Kavanagh House. A visitation will be Saturday, June 23, 2012, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., prior to a private service at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street.

Ardell was born October 3, 1924, in Ruthven, Iowa, to Robert and Linnie Rierson. She worked at Wakonda’s Bishop’s Buffet for over 30 years, retiring in 1998. Ardell enjoyed trips to Las Vegas, bowling, country music, weekends at Clear Lake, and spending time with friends and family.

Ardell is survived by her children, Pam McClain, Sharon (William) Jones, Janet (Kevin) Robbins, Bob (Annie) Klebe, and Richard Klebe; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and her friends and family at Windsor Manor in Indianola. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Central Iowa in lieu of flowers.
