Luis Andino, 60, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 22, 2012, from 4 to 8 pm, and Saturday, June 23, 2012, from 2 to 5 pm, both at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa.
Luis Angel Andino was born March 28, 1952, in Chicago, Illinois, to Luis and Eulalia (Osorio) Andino. Luis lived in Chicago until he met Juanita, and the couple moved to Des Moines.
Luis is survived by his wife, Juanita; mother, Eulalia Andio; children, Julia Blanco, Tania Andino, Nolia (Jorge) Orozco, Jessica Andino, Luisa Andino, Brittney Bruzon, Jamie Blanco, Angel (Christina) Andino III, Robert G. (Stephanie) Andino, and Marshall John Blanco; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Luis Angel Andino, and friend, Nieve Santana.

Dad you been gone 10yrs and it still hurts like day 1. I know this hurt is something that will never leave. I just wanted to talk to and tell you.

I am sorry to read of your loss. Many have lost loved ones and want to see them again. The Bible actually says what will be death's unavoidable eventuality at Revelation 21:4, which says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. Death will be gone forever. May this be of encouragement to the family of Luis Andino.
