Service Details
Marie K. Ramsey, 96, passed away June 17, 2012, at Taylor House Hospice. Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m., Saturday, June 23, at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street, with burial following at Sunset Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time on Saturday.
Marie is survived by her daughter-in-law, Ruth Ramsey; granddaughters, Ruth (Aaron) Borg and Mary Ramsey-Jones; and great granddaughters, Megan and Sadie Borg. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard E. Ramsey, and her son, Robert Bernard Ramsey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Taylor House Hospice.

As a child most of our summer vacations were to visit Aunts and Uncles.
Uncle Bernie and Aunt Marie in Silver Spring, Maryland was one of those childhood memories. It was always a great time. Bernie and his steak and chicken off the grill and all of Maries good home cooking.
We also visited at the Pittsburgh home. I think Bob was starting a power washer/steam cleaning business at the time.
Marie cooked the first meal eaten in our new home in Indiana. She was visiting mom & dad in Dayton and they showed up with a complete dinner meal.
I will always have fond memories of Aunt Marie.
Aunt Marie Love you and Rest in Peace.
