This is long over due. My dearest carrie my heart aches so much. I remember when we were kids and we would listen to your Grease record over and over. To this day when ever I hear or see that movie I have fond memories of you. What can I say about all of your barbies,my goodness I remember endless play time with your dreamhouse. Oh how I always wanted one but you were always more than happy to share, Infact you always shared everything with me. I am going to miss the fine woman you turned into. you were so caring and loving to bub (David) you always asked about him. and then there was my fella ron because of you i always wanted a red headed boy. and ron gave one to me. and of course we cant forget aeris. such spirit. I see you in her eyes. that same twinkle you had. I love you Carrie I dont believe I said it enough. I will miss you always until we meet again my sweet sweet cousin-friend-kindered spirit i love you.

Dearest Bob & Lucy,
I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of Carrie. I know how very much you loved her and can only imagine how much pain you are feeling.
I have many happy memories of playing with Carrie as a child. We really enjoyed putting foam pink rollers in each others hair and laughing at each other. I also remember how much Carrie liked bright colors and to make things out of construction paper.
I know this for sure, you were the very best parents that Carrie could have asked for and her love for you and her spirit will never leave you. May you find peace in memories of good times. Love & Hugs, Debra

Carrie always had a smile for you and had to be one of the most thoughtful people I have known. She was always faithful in sending Christmas & birthday cards and then call me to make sure I not only got it but liked it.
Was so thrilled for her when she found Sam. She would go on about how happy she was that she had this great friend and loved him. And how Sassy really liked Sam too so she knew he was the one.
Bob & Lucy- my sincere condolences to you both for the loss of your precious daughter. She was a dear friend not only to Chris & Melissa but to the Vanderpool family and will be missed.
Heaven just got a little sweeter on May 29, 2012.

I'm so glad that I had the opportunity to know carrie. From all the fun times we had a church to the emails texts and phone calls she really brightened my life. I can learn so many things from some of the qualities she had. I'm so thankful to have been able to call her my friend and I look forward to seeing her again soon
