Bouabane Khanakhounkhong

Bouabane Khanakhounkhong, 72, died Saturday, May 26, 2012, at Kavanagh House on 56th Street. She was born January 1, 1940, in Laos.

Bouabane is survived by her husband, Kiliam Khanakhounkhong; children, Vorivone Luangaphayvong, Chanthai Sakakhanone, Souk Khounkhong, Phaysavanh Souvannasing, Denny Khounkhong, Chansouk Boutdavong, and Somkhit Luangaphayvong; fifteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers; two sisters; and a host of other family and beloved friends.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, June 2, 2012, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 121 MW 60th Avenue. Monks will perform nightly services at 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.
