Dustin Dean Routh, 25, died Thursday, May 24, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday, May 25, at Avon Cemetery.
Dustin was born March 4, 1987, in Des Moines. He graduated from Bridges School in 2005. He enjoyed listening to his Christian music and keeping up to date with the news on his computer. He loved his dog, Nickel.
Dustin is survived by his mother and step father, LeeAnn and Steven Swackhamer; brothers, Ron W. (Ashley) and Joshua; nephew, Kobey; and step-grandmother, Carolyn Swackhamer. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Routh, and grandparents, Wayne and Shirley Polson.

Lee Ann Sorry to hear about Dustin, I didn't know anything about it or I would had come to the service.LeeAnn, Inspite of all His grandpa Routh and I loved your kids. We prayed for all of them since they have been babies and I still do.If you need anything that I can help with please call me,I know what you are going through...In moments like this all you can do is lean on the Lord...I want to express my love to you and the boys.
