Service Details
Julian J. Lugo was born on January 3, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center, and was a joy to his family and all those around him. On May 14, 2012, Julian got his wings and left this world to look down on his family.
Funeral services will be 12 p.m., Friday, May 18, at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street. A visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, May 17, at the funeral home.
Julian is survived by his daddy, Jose Lugo; mommy, Haley Vande Kamp; sisters, Jaylen, Luisa, Soraya; brother, Christian and many other loving family members.
Memorial may be made to Julian’s family.

If you lose a parent, you're an orphan. If you lose a spouse, you're a widow. But there isn't a name for when you lose a child, beacuse it's so unthinkable and heartbreaking it can't be put into words. Please know I don't know you, but i understand. With love and deepest sypmathy, Kerri.

I am so sorry for your loss and for the great sadness that must be breaking the hearts of you and your family. I can not imagine the empty place you must have inside you with the loss of your precious baby boy; may you allow God to fill that emptiness with his comforting love and peace in the days and months and years to come.

I don't know your family but heard of your loss and just want to say "I'm sorry for your loss- I can't imagine what you are going through but my prayers are for your family at this difficult time. Nothing anyone says will make it alright but I pray in time your family will find a way to accept that God must have felt he needed him as one His angels and can feel some comfort in that- God Bless you all".
