Kenneth Harvey

Kenneth Dale Harvey, 69, died April 25, 2012. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street. A visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.

Kenny was born January 26, 1943, in Des Moines. He married his wife, Donna in 1984. Kenny was a devoted father to Mike, Andy and Lainey. He truly loved being a grandfather and cherished the time he spent with his nine grandchildren.

Kenny worked at Roberts Dairy for 33 years. He was a veteran of the Army. He loved to fish and tell big fish tales. Kenny enjoyed playing cribbage and board games.

Kenny is survived by his wife, Donna; sons, Mike, Andy (Julie); daughter, Lainey (Jim); grandchildren, Nikolai, Tyler, Zachary, Matthew, Alex, Nathan, Megan, Kenny, Austin; sisters, Kay (Wayne) Rockwell, Georgia Greenland and Jean Wood.
