Robert E. Newton, 36, passed away at his home Friday afternoon, March 30, 2012.
Robert left behind his loving wife, Lahoma Newton; parents, Steve and Linda Newton; brother, Mike Newton; sisters, Cathy Newton and Lisa Newton; step-children, Ildra (Jason) Rosenwinkel, Samantha Rodgers, and Kenith Martin; and nine beautiful step-grandchildren who will miss him very much.
The family will greet friends from 4 to 6 p.m., Saturday, April 7, 2012, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Private family services will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
Robert, we will all miss you bro.

Bobby, I am so glad we had a chance to talk and catch up when we did. I felt so bad for your pain. Leaning on each other, trying to understand why we have to hurt so, helped me feel less alone. I am glad you no longer suffer, I just wish it wasn't at the cost of others losing you so soon. I know you will always be looking over your family, even now. I hope your family will find some kind of peace soon. RIP lil brother.
