Doris Beck

Doris L. Beck, 79, died Sunday, May 20, 2007 at Altoona Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 24, 2007 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Doris was born March 5, 1928 to Harry Ray and Lida Rebecca Blanchard in Indianola. She was a cook for De Carlo’s Grill. Doris enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.
Doris is survived by her children, Becki (Bob) McChesney, Warren (Debbie) Grimes, Tom (Cheryl) Grimes and Alan (Deanna) Beck; 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Beck.
