Hazel Smith

Hazel (Sug) Smith, 70, passed away at the Taylor Hospice House on February 29, 2012. She was born August 13, 1941 in Des Moines. She enjoyed puzzle books and games on the computer.

Hazel is survived by her husband of 51 years, Robert; sons, Robert Jr. (Shelly), Ronald (Brenda); daughter Tammy Fuller; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Hazel Green; brothers, Rick and Donnie; sister, Sherrey Green.
