Lesile Ann Ritter

Leslie Ann Ritter, 42, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, May 16, 2007. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 20, 2007 at New Hope Assembly of God, 6800 Townsend Ave. in Urbandale. Visitation will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St.
Leslie was born May 31, 1964 to Gil and Kay Hepler in Des Moines. She was a member of New Hope Assembly of God and also of the Des Moines Jaycees, where she held several offices over the years. Leslie was excellent at cross-stitching. Some of her work won awards at the Iowa State Fair.
Leslie is survived by her husband, Mark; son, Dylan; parents, Gil and Kay Hepler; sister, Vickie Hepler; grandparents, Donald and Bernice Hepler and Marguerite Amber; mother-in-law, Thanna Ritter; and a host of other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Mark Ritter, Sr.
