I was shocked when I saw this anouncement. I just want to offer my condolences to the family and especially Sue. I did not know Matt very long or very well but I coudld see he was sure a lot of help to Sue over the past summer. The yard and house work that he did really spruced the place up. I know that Sue was proud to have him around. Once in a while he would stop by and ask if he could use a ladder or a tool and whenever he saw me working in the yard he would always come over and offer his assistance. He would always preface his offer by stating mom asked me to come over but I really believe he truly wanted to assist. I will miss seeing him and want to share with Sue that if there is ever anything she needs she only need look as far as her neighbors to the north. God Bless Matt.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you through this difficult time. Though he was taken from us way too soon, he is in a much better place. (Grandpa Gary has someone new to visit with now too). May your friends and your special memories bring you comfort in your time of need, and as always we are always here if you need us. God bless and we love you!

I am so sorry to hear about Matt's passing! You and your family are in my prayers as you go through these difficult times.
I can still remember Matt growing up in the neighborhood on Pilmer Drive. He was only 3 years younger than Kim and I, so maybe I picked on him a little! Actually, he was good at picking on you right back! No matter the age difference! And, he was always laughing.
I wish I knew what to say, or do, to make this time easier for the family, but nothing seems worthy. Just know that I am thinking of Matt and praying that he is still making people laugh, just in a different place.
