Marietta Babayev 87, of West Des Moines passed away Jauary 12.
Visitations will be held at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 3601 Westown Pkwy, West Des Moines from 1 to 2 pm Saturday, January 14, 2012. Burial will take place at Glendale Cemetery, immediately following the service.
Marietta was born in Baku, Azerbailjan (former USSR) and immigrated to the United States in 1994. She lived in West Des Moines for 18 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and most of all she enjoyed times spent with her family.
Marietta's memory is kept alive by her husband of 65 years, Sergey, her daughter Lubov, her son Sergey (Jean), four grandchildren Gumaya, Bahram, Aleksey (Julia), David and her great granddaughter, Tessa.
She will be missed dearly
