Service Details
Our beloved Scott Lee Patterson left us to join the Lord on January 3, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. He was 47 years old.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving parents, Harry and Laveda Osborne; two children, daughter, Rochelle Lee Patterson and son, Mitch Patterson; his estranged wife, Ginger Patterson; two step-children, Matt Beverage and Alisa Beverage; three grandchildren; brother, David (Laurie) Patterson; sisters, Pamela (Rich) Joyce and Tammy (Chad) Wion, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, George Ray Patterson, his grandparents, and several aunts and uncles.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Columbus City Cemetery in Columbus City, Iowa. There will be no visitation.

Scotty my dear friend. We lost touch and now I find out you are gone. You are a great guy doing big things up there in heaven. You and Phil probably have a dealership up there by now. You were a truely great guy.......and I will miss ya brother!!! Till we meet again......

Hey dad, I couldn't sleep so i thought I would message you to let you know much I love you and miss you. I know your no longer sick and in a much better place now but im still sad. I wish i could just hear your voice and give you one more hug, thats whats making this hard for me, my selfishness.

Dear Pammy & family, I could not imagine what you are going thru right now. I am so sorry, for your loss. But, please remember God is not going to give us anymore than we can handle! I have had so much death in the past 2 yrs, I have done well. It is hard & there is nothing I can say nor do to make thing's easier. I just have to pray for you every-night. That is what I do. I'm very sorry about Scott. He was my nephew's, Danny Knowles, good friend. I had met him a couple times. He was at Danny's funeral. He was a good friend to Danny. My prayers are with you.
