Roberta M. Kay, 85, passed away November 12, 2011 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center.
Roberta was born September 15, 1926 in Dexter, Iowa to Lloyd and Pearl (Downs) McFarlin. She retired from Dahls where she had been a cashier for many years.
Roberta is survived by her daughters, Julie (Greg) Kay-Lewis and Ronda Little; granddaughter, Wendy (Kevin Williams) Riley; great-grandson, Kelly Riley; great-great-grandson, Keith Voss; two sisters, a brother; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Kay; a sister; and two brothers.
A memorial visitation will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at McGinnis Cemetery in Patterson, Iowa.

We are very sorry to hear of the world losing such a wonderful and sweet woman. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all who will miss her dearly.
