Service Details
Robert E. Alexander, 90, passed away October 23, 2011. Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 28, 2011 at New Hope Assembly of God 6800 Townsend Avenue Urbandale, IA 50322. Visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be at the Iowa Veteran Cemetery in Adel.
He is survived by his wife, Bernadean; daughters, Judy Alexander and Rhonda (Greg) Ayers; grandchildren, Angela Vallejo; Robert Vallejo and Dena (Adam) Miller; great-granddaughter, Alexandria Vallejo; brother, Delbert Le Roy (Louise) Alexander.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be directed to New Hope Assembly of God.

A gracious thank you for suggesting this site to me. What a great picture of Bob. This is the Bob, my family and I knew and loved. This is how I will remember him, as well as the wonderful holidays at our parents home. Bob, did love to play cards. I can still hear the laughter coming from upstairs.
