Jack C. Roush, 91, joined his loving wife, Dorothy, in heaven on October 17, 2011.
Jack is survived by his two children, Debbie Killinger of Seattle, WA and Steven (Kimberly) Roush of Villa Park, CA; his nieces and nephews, Verna and Robert Sigmund, Sharon and Bob Horn; his two grandsons, Bryan Killinger, Brad (Kelly) Killinger; and five great-grandchildren, Lexie, Alyssa, Aaron, Olivia and Haley.
A viewing will be held Wednesday, October 26 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, IA. Funeral services will be held at Highland Park Presbyterian Church, 321 Euclid Ave., in Des Moines on Thursday, October 27 at 12:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to Highland Park Presbyterian Church c/o the Jack Roush Memorial Fund. Online condolences may be expressed at www.HamiltonsFuneralHome.com.

Dear Debbie, What it must be like to have 91 years of stories and memories! Your father must have seen so many changes over his nine decades. I'm glad you had him for such a long life. My deep and heartfelt sympathies to you and your family on his passing.

Your father was a good guy. I met him when he operated the credit union in the Federal Building. At that time, the CU was basically a one-man operation (your father!). He was always friendly and willing to help the customers. I am sorry for your loss.

How strange it was to be 'down the hall' from your dad, when he was at Methodist, and now I read the obituary, but I know he is with Aunt Dot, and I am SURE he is happier there.
