Richard James Rogers

Dick or Rick, as he was known to family and friends, will rest in peace at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Van Meter, Iowa. A military committal service will be held on October 21, 2011 from 2 to 2:15 p.m. Dick was an Army Veteran and served in Korea. He enlisted April 2, 1967 and was honorably discharged April 3, 1970. He is survived by his two sisters, Rita Rogers-Wray and Joan Rogers; and brothers, Mike and Bill Rogers.
