Julia Ann Davis, 71, of Des Moines, died on October 3, at Iowa Methodist Hospital. Julia was born on November 25, 1939, in Crete, Nebraska, to Anna and William Holle. She was a Home Health Care Nurse.
She is survived by her three sons, Lyle (Karen), Mike (Donna) and Joe Davis; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; three brothers, John (Evelyn), Bill (Charlotte) and Frank Holle; and many nieces and nephews.
Her Funeral Mass will be on Friday, October 7, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, E. 18th and Des Moines Street; with viewing and visitation at the church on Thursday, October 6, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, with a scripture service beginning at 6:30 PM.

The Julia Davis Family:
Julia was very nice,friendly and encouraging to everyone she met. She will be deeply missed by all friends and those who knew her even in a chance meeting.
My prayers are for all the Davis Family: May God encompass you in his loving arms and bring comfort in you time of sorrow.

We are so sorry for your loss. It is time to reflect on all the great memories that you had with Julie. She was so very friendly and supportive of friends. She was one that everyone needed to know. She will be sadly missed.
