Jonathan Blair Simmons was born an angel on September 26, 2011. A memorial service will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines.
Jonathan is survived by his mommy and daddy, Tiffany Hood and Blair Simmons, four brothers, one sister, grandparents, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
