Chris Lacey

Chris Lacey, 40, was born September 20, 1966 in Waterloo, Iowa to Joanne & Gerald Drilling. She died peacefully Monday, April 23, 2007 at her home. Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 27, 2007 at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway in West Des Moines, with visitation one hour prior. Inurnment will take place at Glendale Cemetery.

Christine is survived by her two beautiful boys, Brogan and Declan, and their father John Lacey; her parents, Joanne and Gerald Drilling of Jesup; her sisters: Jody (Marsha) Maxfield of Des Moines, Gina (George) Wagner of Norwalk, Peggy Drilling of Des Moines, Maureen (Andy Apel) Drilling of Raymond, Mary (Mike) Terry of Independence, and Rose Ivy of Jesup; her brothers: Ken (Debbie) Drilling of Minnesota, Marty (Marie) Drilling of Waterloo, and Steve (Jana) Drilling of Waterloo, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Mel Ivy and her nephew, Eric Drilling.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Downtown School, or The American Cancer Society for anal cancer research in loving memory of Chris.
