Susan Shields

Susan L. Shields, 46, of Des Moines died on Sunday, April 22, 2007 at Broadlawns Medical Center from complications of Asthma. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 P.M. Thursday at Ft. Des Moines Presbyterian Church.
Susan was an avid reader, loved animals and enjoyed spending time with family.
She is survived by her father Jay Shields, her mother Marilyn Bragg Skinner, her grandmother Josephine Shields, her brother Philip Shields and his wife Carrie as well as their son Ian and daughter Kate, her uncles Bill, Ted, Jim, and Don Bragg, Bob Good and Roger Dickinson and many other loving family members.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League, the American Lung Association or the American Diabetes Association.
