Mary Overton, 87, passed away Friday, September 23, 2011, at Kavanagh House on 56th Street.
A visitation will be held Sunday, September 25, 2011, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Born Decemeber 13, 1923, Mary Phyllis Larson was the daughter of Walter and Alvira (Elliott) Larson. Mary was united in marriage to Orel Overton, the couple had five children. Mary was a past member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge, Elks Lodge, and VFW Auxillary.
Survivors include her children, Larry (Joyce) Overton, Rosemary (Kenneth) Potolicchio, Kristy Harvey, and Karen Overton; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Charlotte Holaday. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orel; parents; daughter, Deborah; granddaughter, Jennifer; and sister, Juanita.
