Teresa Clay, 44, passed away at home on September 22, 2011. She was born on May 14, 1967 in Maryville, Missouri.
Teresa resided in Des Moines with her companion, Doug. She was studying for nursing at DMACC.
She is preceded in death by her father, step-father, grandparents, and nephew. She is survived by her mom, Doris; brothers, David, Lucas, and Travis; sisters, Rebecca, Lisa, and Kim; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Teresa will be greatly missed by many.
Visitation will be held at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, on Sunday, September 25, 2011 from 1 to 4 p.m.

To the family of Teresa, I am so sorry for your loss, I have only knew Teresa for a very short time, she came to work with us just a few months ago. but she was a very good person. may god guide you all to peace and give you the comfort you need at this time. our thoughts and prayers are with you.
