Tootie McDuffey

Tootie McDuffey, 66, passed away peacefully at the Winterset Care Center North on Sunday, April 22, 2007. Visitation will be from 6-8pm Wednesday at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home. The body will be cremated following visitation and private family burial will take place at a later date.
Tootie was born April 18, 1941 in Des Moines, the daughter of Bon and Alpha (Boatwright) McDuffey.
Tootie is survived by her sons, Nickolas Riley of Des Moines, Jeffery (Dawn) Riley of Denver, Iowa and Patrick Riley of Arizona; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Bonnie (Leo) Azinger of Des Moines; brothers, Arthur McDuffey of Des Moines, Alan McDuffey of Montana and Gary (Rhoda) McDuffey of Texas; and 15 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Larry McDuffey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Tootie.
