Jill Jensen

Jill Kristin Jensen, 34, died Saturday, April 21, 2007 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center from complications of a stroke. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, April 26, 2007 at Valley Evangelical Free Church, 4343 Fuller Road in West Des Moines. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the church.
Jill was born September 4, 1972 in Fairmont, MN and graduated from Sentral Community School in 1990. She owned Just Relax Massage Therapy in Algona while attending La James College in Mason City in which she graduated in 2002. Jill moved to Des Moines where she owned Relax and was a practicing massage therapist. She was a member of Valley Evangelical Free Church and Catalyst.
Jill is survived by children, Storm and Gavin Vaske and Brigitte Jensen; special friend, Terry Bolson; parents, Roger and Joyce Jensen and Jim and Kathy Gronewald; siblings, Julie Kajewski, Jodi Hackett, Jennifer Jensen, Jeff Jensen, Janie Eischen, Jeremy Jensen, Ryan, Matt, Kelly, and John Gronewald; grandmother, Marjorie Jensen; nephews, Jordan, Jacob, Jonah, and Jensen; nieces, Jade and Journee; and a host of other family and beloved friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Perry Jensen; grandparents, Ed and Ort Karau; and Gordon and Mavis Gronewald.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
Funeral services with burial will occur in Fenton on Saturday.
