Service Details
Phyllis Fay, 79, passed away on September 1, 2011 at Kavanagh House on 56th. The family will hold a private memorial service at a future date. Phyllis will be cremated.
Phyllis was born in Billings, MT and worked for the Internal Revenue Service in Des Moines as an examiner.
She will be greatly missed by her husband of 43 years, Tom; her children, Mike, Patti (Phil) Young, and Nancy (Bob) Betz; grandchildren, Chase (Andrea) Young, Amy (Scott) Pohlson, and Jennifer Morris; great-grandson, Harrison Young.

Tom, Phil and Patti,
So sorry to hear about Phyllis. Amy indicated she was really struggling lately I know she is comfortable and enjoying a renewed sense of health and vitality. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. Love Brad and Mary Peterson
