Service Details
Jesse E. Fallis, 61, passed away Friday, August 26, 2011, at the VA Hospital in Des Moines.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 31, 2011, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home on 605 Lyon Street, with burial to follow at Iowa Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service.
Born January 4, 1950, Jesse Eugene Fallis was the son of Norman and Ada (Johnson) Fallis. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps and served his country during the Vietnam War and had a long career as a Des Moines Fire Fighter.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy; children, Kelly Fallis, Stacey Fallis, Chad Conley, Jake Conley, and Ali Kirkland; many grandchildren; and siblings, Greg Fallis, Roger Fallis, and Lisa Ness. Preceding him in death are his parents.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.

Iam so sorry about your lost.I knew Jesse when we was teenagers.I was
Carols best friend and we spent alot of time at his parents house.He was a great guy and will be so missed by everyone who knew him.May God be with you all in your time of need. Betty

my thaughts and prayers are with the family.I will miss Jesse as you will, he was a heck of a pool player and a heck of a friend. I will miss his smile and his witt,his being. he will always be in my heart and in my memories untill we meet again love ya ,Tina

I wish I had a dollar for every ping pong game Jesse and I beat the whiteshirts at station 5, and another dollar for every walleye we caught while fishing together. I am proud to say Jesse was a true friend and I will miss him and think of him often. You bring the bait and I"ll bring the boat and we will meet again soon. Love ya, Jr.
