Dorothy Sawhill, 91, passed away August 25, 2011, at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. She was born November 24, 1919, in Minneapolis, MN, to Clyde and Elizabeth Foddrill.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Janet Bishop; grandchildren, Kim Wells, Mark Sloan, Bradly Sawhill, Linda Anderson, Matthew Haigh, Michael Bishop, Kathryn McCarty and Steven Bishop; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gerald Sawhill; daughters, Patricia Sloan and Betty Haigh; son, Gerald Sawhill; granddaughter, Stacia Haigh; brothers, Jack Foddrill and Clyde Foddrill, Jr.; and her sister, Margaret Chamberlin.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, please refer to Hamilton’s website for future date and time.

I am sorry about Dorothy, I enjoyed seeing her when she came
to the office, it had been so long and I was really glad to see
her after all those years.
