Juanita Nossaman

Juanita Nossaman, 74, died April 19, 2007 at her home after a lengthy illness. She was born November 23, 1932 to Glenn and Carmen Cubbage in Battle Creek, IA.
Memorial graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
Juanita had been a homemaker, businesswoman and a waitress manager at the Des Moines Club, being the first female to hold the position of waitress captain.
Juanita is survived by her loving daughters, Casey Vogler and Vickie McGrean-Beuter; two brothers, Terry and Gordon Cubbage; three sisters, Dorothy Mae Drummond, Maureen Nelson and Elaine Tutor; four grandchildren, Billy (Penny) Heiss, Ivy Nossaman, Patrick Thalken and Katie Thalken; three great grandchildren, Carleigh Heiss, Blake Heiss and Carissa Scott; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Heidi Nossaman; brother, Verne Cubbage and her parents.
