Mike Weese, 41, was born July 4, 1970, and passed away August 13, 2011.
Mike is survived by his children, Mikey and Mariah Weese; parents, Rocky and Jody Weese; sister, Alyse Weese; grandmother, Lois Shuff; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street, followed by burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Jody and Family, My heart breaks for you. Its been sometime since we were neighbors on 60th street and our son's grew up together. My son always looked up to your son. Mike recommended him for jobs and he was hired,he did the same for many of his friends. Mike was kind and had a smile for everyone. May God hold Mike and all of you in the palm of His hands. To the family of Mike Weese: I am a supervisor on the Preload sort at UPS and worked with Mike. He was a very sweet, hard-working person. His outgoing, friendly personality will surely be missed. Although I did not know your family personally, you are all in our prayers.

No words can ever describe the loss of a loved 1. I didnt know Mike too well but he was always kind to me and I will always remember his smile. I know he will be missed by a lot of people.

What a shock - my heart goes out to your family. I remember bowling on Saturday mornings with Mike and staying in touch off and on over the years. What a sad event, I hope you are all doing okay.
