Mark Dodson

Mark Reid Dodson, 47, passed away Tuesday, April 17 at his home. Services will be held at 12 Noon Saturday at Southtown Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8pm Friday at the funeral home.
Mark was born August 15, 1959 in Des Moines to Margie and Vernon Dodson. He worked at Central Body Shop for 26 years. Mark loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed doing carpentry, fishing and shooting pool. He liked to stay busy.
Mark is survived by his mother, Margie Dodson, his siblings, Connie Harlan of Humeston, Marilyn (Larry) Brown of Knoxville, Sue (Ray) Christian of Indianola, Carol (Ron) Hewus of Indianola and Vernon Dodson of Des Moines; his girlfriend, Debbie Ingram, his daughter, Jessie Swain, and grandchildren, Audreana age 7, Alexandria age 6, Angel age 4, Isiah age 2, Jade age 10 months.
Memorials are suggested to Mark’s family in his loving memory.
