Jerry Bennett

Jerry Bennett, 58 of Omaha died Monday, April 16, 2007 at Emanuel Medical Center in Omaha. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M., Saturday April 21, 2007 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines; visitation will be 6-8 PM on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Sunset Cemetery.
Jerry was born November 11, 1948 in Des Moines to Melvin and Patricia Bennett. He married Kathy Hall on May 29, 2000. Jerry worked for First Data Resources and Communications Data Services as a Programmer/Analyst. He loved to golf, work on various projects outside, and spend time with Kathy.
Jerry is survived by his wife Kathy; his children, Jerry Bennett and Kim Miller; his step-son, Ryan Plummer; his mother, Patricia Bennett; his sisters, Pamela Winchester, Vickie Huffey, and Debra Wade; his brothers, Michael Bennett, Jim Bennett, Richard Bennett; and his two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Bennett.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Nebraska Humane Society.
