Gordon had a giant heart and a love for family. While I didn't know him very well, seeing his compassion makes me happy to have had the chance to speak to him the few times I had. You will be missed brother. May your soul be at peace and free from struggle.

Deepest sympathy from a friend, very sad to see such a young man taken from us much too soon.

To the family of Gordon. He and I never met, but I was moved by some things he said to me and to others. To me he was a man amongst men and the place where we knew him well will be less because Gordon will not be there anymore. I am sorry to his family and friends. Rest In Peace my friend.

A couple of years ago I received from bad news about my health. I mentioned it online and Gordon sent me a message asking if he could call me. He told me that he had adopted a son named Aaron who had no arms, but refused to give up. Aaron, he said, taught him what it meant to be a man every day. He told me to get a second opinion, remain strong, and trust in the human spirit. Don't lose faith, he said. I never will.
My heart is broken at his passing. He was a wonderful mentor, a sweet soul, and someone who made the time to listen to his friends. I will never forget the invaluable advice, sage wisdom, and hope that Gordon filled me with. He truly was one of a kind.
Gordon, may you find peace everlasting. I owe you my life.
Rest in peace, my friend.

I only knew him online. Gordon had a big heart, and sometimes a big mouth but, he was genuine in character and integrity.
His love for his wife, children and grandson was stronger than the bonds that holds the universe together. You are all the world to him
Father God, I pray for strength and comfort for Gordon's family. Reach down and touch their hearts, help ease the pain they are feeling. Protect them and guide them in the coming weeks.
Father God, I sincerely hope Gordon is now in Your kingdom, protect him from a permanent lock.
We shall all miss him in life and in cyberspace.
In Jesus' name I pray,
Amen
