Service Details
Sandra K. Titus, 67, died Saturday, July 30, 2011, at Mercy Hospice Johnston, from cancer. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 3, 2011, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, with burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Family will greet friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Sandy was born March 22, 1944, to Conrad and Carolyn Wessel in Des Moines. She enjoyed doing crafts and spending time with her family.
Sandra is survived by her children, Jim (Marcy) Titus, Teresa (Stuart Price) Osburne, and Traci (Brian) Rice; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and beloved friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; long time companion, John Knapp; grandson, Brian Rice; and sisters, Rosemarie Skelding and Sharon Rehms.
