Rick Winters

Rick Winters, 48, died suddenly in Ft. Worth, TX. on April 15, 2007. He was born July 24, 1958 in Ft. Worth, TX to Pete and Rita Winters. Rick has lived in Des Moines since moving from Texas in 2001.
Those who knew Rick know that he had a wonderful sense of humor and always had an engaging smile. His love of his family, friends, golf, and his dogs were a good part of his life. He was a self-employed flooring contractor and took great pride in his work. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
Memorial services will be 7:00pm Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home with visitation from 5:00pm until service time.
Rick is survived his loving companion, Jerri Dahlman; his children, Ricki and Hayden Winters. He leaves two sisters, Debbie (Short) McDonald and Darla Goins. Several
nieces and nephews as well.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
