Angela Jane Cook, 38, passed away at her home July 14, 2011. She was born September 23, 1972, in Des Moines.
Angela enjoyed being a mom and arrowhead hunting.
Angela is survived by her children, Bowe James (Misty Grant) Cook and Shelby Lynn (Michael Windsor) Cook; grandson, Adrian Eugene Cook; siblings, Danyel (Caleb) Wilson, Josh Hollingsworth, DawnAnn Ellis, Kristena (John) Robbins, Angie (Dan) Helmick, George (Jami) Strable and Amanda (Chilon) Wibstad; and many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 19, 2011, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Angela.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I use to run around with her in our elementry days. We had some good times. She will be greatly missed. My prayers and thoughts are with your family.

I am so sorry to hear of Angela's passing. We went to Hawthorne together and were friends for a long time. She was a very fun and full of life girl! May you all be comforted during this time and reflect on good memories of her.
