Pheng Luangthi

Pheng Luangthi, 74, died on Sunday, April 15 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. Services will be held at 4:00 pm Thursday at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7pm Wednesday at Hamilton’s on Lyon Street.
Pheng is survived by her husband, Houne Leovan, a daughter 2 sons and 7 grandchildren.
