Rebecca Jane Fatino, 79, passed away on October 25, 2022, at Mercy Medical Center.
Rebecca was born on September 11, 1943, to Paul and Glendora (Livingston) Sinsabough in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Rebecca, known to most as Nana, was in the hospitality profession and operated Fatino’s Restaurant from 1972 to 1991 with her loving husband of 58 years Gary Fatino. Her passions in life were spending time with her family, adoring her dog Sissy, bird watching, site seeing, and occasionally enjoying a Sunday afternoon at the casino.
Rebecca is survived by her son, David Fatino; grandson, Mitchel (Amanda) Fatino; great-grandson, Christopher Fatino; great-granddaughter, Mia Fatino; and a host of extended family and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother David Sinsabough, sister Kim (Sinsabough) Miloni, and her loving husband.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines, Iowa. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, also at the funeral home. Rebecca will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family or to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa in loving memory of Rebecca.

David, Mitch, & Family ~ I am very sorry in the loss of your Mom/Grandma~ I sure have many fond memories of days gone by with all of us & will never forget how kind Aunt Becky was to so many!
