Amelia Mae Anderson

Amelia Mae was peacefully called to heaven on April 19, 2021. She was predestined to be an angel at birth, as she gained her angel wings the same day she entered this world.

Amelia is lovingly survived by her mommy and daddy, Christina and Andrew; big sister, Guinevere and big brother, Callen; grandparents; Brad and Ronda Royal, Lisa and Rod Powers, Ann and Brian Brennnecke, Dan and Sarah Klaas; great grandparents, Beverly Hughes, Merlin Klaas, and Donna Anderson, and many aunts and uncles, and other loving family members.

She was greeted in heaven by great grandparents, Norma Klaas, Larry Anderson, Keith Hughes, Duane and Roma Royal, Dorothy and Clint Morrison.

Although her time on this earth was short – she was loved dearly. Her mom felt her every heartbeat, kick, and wiggle from very early on. Her brother and sister felt their little sister kick and move themselves. Amelia said goodbye in her own way to her dad, letting him know she loved him with a gentle movement before she passed away.


A graveside service to honor Amelia’s life will be held on Tuesday, April 27 at 11:00 a.m. at Iowa Veteran’s Cemetery, 34024 Veterans Memorial Drive, Adel, Iowa.
