Thomas N. Crosier, age 86, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at Arbor Springs in West Des Moines. Thomas was being cared for by Suncrest Hospice and was surrounded by loved ones when he passed.
Thomas was born May 20, 1937, in Bayard, Iowa to Wayne and Marie (McEvoy) Crosier. He retired from the Southeast Polk School District where he worked with special education students. Thomas was an antiques dealer and owned farmland, which he enjoyed working. He was very active in his younger years and would always be the one people would look to for guidance as he always liked to be in charge.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Marie Crosier; and his siblings, Clair Crosier and Joan Crosier.
There will be a graveside service on Monday, January 29, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at Highland Cemetery in Bayard, IA.

Just now saw this. Not sure how much family Tom had. We are family of Merlins. My sister ReBecca passed on Jan 30th. He always supported her. Blessings

Tom and my mom, Kathleen Beye taught together at SEP and were very good friends. When I moved back to IA in 2006, I tried to contact him, but was unable to. I now live back in TN but I wish I had known where he was, as I would have visited him. RIP Tom, you made my mother laugh!

Hey Tom, I am glad you were at peace now with your heavenly father you We're at the same nursing home as my mother who passed away 3 weeks before you are a very bright man. I remember you always told me use Your brain. I always said hi to Tom.
Because I've visited my mom twice a day. He loved to talk. Like almost everyone there. He loved Attention and just wanted some company.
I'm glad I was able to give him some companionship.
